had a week which was a very mixed back with a good friend coming for a visit and of course we indulged on sone good things. This week I was on my own, and kept a strict diet again. it was extra hard to get back into tye rhythm. but it was worth it! I lost a good amount again. assuming last week was a planned stand still, I'm doing well. next week is holiday, meeting up again with my friend. will be even harder to stay within reasonable calorie limits, but I will try my best. so the next weigh in is again probably in 2 weeks from now
