Day 3. Fluid loss is still happening, so nice on the scales. Still off the wine and eating under 1400 cals. Today will be hard at work. Snacks are my de-stressor. Sleeping really badly. Awake every hour or so, then tossing and turning. I did 12,000 steps yesterday. Sore and physically tired and still couldn’t sleep. Have to try and shut the mind off. Anyhow, on all that depressing stuff, have a great Monday everyone. Onwards and downwards.
88.7 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 14.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
