yes! I'm back on track. survived the wedding I went to diet wise well, and followed my calorie counting strictly for the rest of the days. this very good result of the week gives me good motivation for the upcoming weeks. the next week should be all straight forward, then I'm traveling again and things get difficult. but I need to learn to handle that as well. until then, all looking good. I'm a bit proud that I'm close to the 20kg mark. hope that will fall next weigh in :)
