Weigh heaps more today because my cheat meal was last night, even though I ate so much!! Was a good day, but now get back into it again! Did not record yesterday's meals properly, the amount of calories I had will just upset me, and of course it'll be a lot, cheat meals aren't called a "cheat" for nothing... so, of course I weigh more today, but I refuse to record that because its a temporary weight :)
