Slowly, every so slowly my weight is creeping off as I ever so slowly work out how to discover the intracasies of running this program and staying dedicated to it ~ I have been on my hi protien low carb show for nine days & went off sugar cold turkey ~ although I've found some pretty food substitutes for it ~ has anyone found the Coles delicious little dark chocolate treats with peppermint crisp pieces in them ~ there's 5 pieces in a 20gm bat & they're only 84 calories!!!! And what's even better is they're allowed!!!!! Yay !!!!!!! Talk to you soon folks 🌺🌹🌺 good luck and happy dieting 🍊🍔🍎 better even still is that they're only $3.59 for a pit of 5 bars which I thib

Something weird happened at the end of my journal comment which could have been and indication that I was waffling on a bit to much ~ if anyone knows if we're limited to a certain amount of letters per post I would appreciate it. I was just preparing myself to warn you that although those Coles chocolate bars are super luscious, do be careful because they've got sufficient sorbitol to send you on the 10 second dash repeatedly if you consume to many of them ...... Oh ~ shame - So my happy dieting friends I hope to see a great good smile on your faces next time you log in and good new from each and every one of you 🌹❤️🌹 until then ~ fare the well 💃🏻🍎🙏🍎💃🏻
