scales staying the same today. Did a full boot camp program this morning. Lots of running, which I hate. But did it anyway. Wasn't that bad. Same old "never know what you can do until you do it".
93.5 kg Lost so far: 4.5 kg.    Still to go: 18.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
