After eating double almost double than I normally do I am surprise that I have lost weight. Bike ride and a bit of weight burnt the extra christmas calories cheers.
54.5 kg Lost so far: 1.6 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
