Just completed first boot camp training for 2016. Was hard. Sweating like a pig. Felt good, strong. Scale stayed the same. All good. Onward and downwards!
94.5 kg Lost so far: 3.5 kg.    Still to go: 19.5 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
