body fat 25.9%. So this is a great result, checked it a second time even. But 2 days ago I was 94K. Took this one straight after a 40k bike ride. I think my fluid levels are bouncing all over the place.
91.7 kg Lost so far: 3.3 kg.    Still to go: 8.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
