Feeling tired,hot, and I must say fantastic. Just need to stay focused over weekend:)
93 kg Lost so far: 5 kg.    Still to go: 18 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

Hi Mamma! Been a bit quiet! how are things proceeding with you? I am just plodding along... no real weight loss to report ;( but then, I haven't been following it very well either. I thought days off at home (studying for my work exams) would help keep me on track... turns out studying for exams makes you crave crap! Lol I have munched my way through my pantry :( - and then a couple of days ago the weather was freezing - and I got hungry! Real hungry. Trying to be good today - back on track. Hubby wants to go to movies tonight... I think I will keep away from the snack bar :)
