So scales are going nowhere im sure only temparey. Just completed another bootcamp. Did relay sprints. I hate running for many reasons. Basicly I run like a duck. Got right out of comfort zone and just did it. Yay
93 kg Lost so far: 5 kg.    Still to go: 18 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
