My weight yesterday was more water retention. Had a lot of salty foods the day before. Salt retains water like nothing else. So I drank lots of water, lots of tea and reduced my salt consumption. Today I have plunged back down, loosing .5kg. Water retention can play a phsycological trick on people, leaving them discourage. Only trust the average weight throughout a week and expect your weight to go up and down everyday. Dont trust the scales fully, check the mirror and see how your shape is changing and also how you fit into clothes. Enjoy life, lift, move, feel strong be strong and beautiful.

Thanks...I will confess to being partial to a 'little' salt. Since I have been eating JERF (Just Eat Real Food) my intake of salt has dropped dramatically. Well done on your weight loss, and being so supportive of other members.

Ultimately it is not the shape you are after. It is the person you become when your body is challenged to its limit. Your body is your mind. You build a strong body and the mind will fallow. When overcome challenges with your body and weight bearing exercise does it effectively, your mind will get stronger to handle stress. Interestingly stress produces fat cells. I invite you to workhard and rest (chill out).
