OK well this is frustrating because last week I was 75.15 and I don't feel like I ate ALL that badly this week. I didn't do a lot of exercise though.

I will keep writing in my food diary and maybe that will help me figure out what I'm doing wrong.
75.6 kg Lost so far: 8.4 kg.    Still to go: 0.6 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
