Ordinarily I'd be very annoyed about the lack of change, but I only followed my diet for 5 of the last 7 days, and the other other two I binged (think wine, chocolate and chips). So, looking on the bright side, there's a good chance that without the binge session, I would have lost weight. So I'm getting there! Plus, I have to keep in mind how difficult the last few kilos are going to be. My goal weight puts me right down the lowest end of the healthy weight range, so it's not surprising that my body is fighting me.
