Went away last week for work and had too many dinners out... its hard doing it when no one else is!
oh well, trying to have a better week this week. Now that I only have about five kilos to go it seems like I'm just staying in one spot, like I've lost the willpower to keep going. I just want to be done already!!
67.3 kg Lost so far: 2.1 kg.    Still to go: 5.3 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.

come on Saskia, you know that you can do it. You deserve that body that you are going to have. Pick yourself up and move forward. At least you know what you did wrong last week. Dig deep and find the part of you that knows that you want to continue. We are all her for you. :)

Thanks jtidsy... having support means so much and helps so much. And yeah, I know I want to reach my goal and I know I can, you're right. It helps looking back over my graph - I can see how far I've come and I know I've done it before and I can do it again, despite the ups and downs I will get there in the end. :)
