It seems that keeping an eye on my macros is helping a little. Yesterday, I had lunch with a friend out at a restaurant. I had Salmon and a fresh salsa. It was a meal and wine included in the price, so I gave her my wine. She was happy and so was I. At dinner time I was going to eat and then I checked my macros and I had had all the calories that were suggested and when I actually thought about it, I wasn't hungry, I was just going to eat because. It is so important to only eat when hungry. I am going to be more on top of this from now on.
