It seems that keeping an eye on my macros is helping a little. Yesterday, I had lunch with a friend out at a restaurant. I had Salmon and a fresh salsa. It was a meal and wine included in the price, so I gave her my wine. She was happy and so was I. At dinner time I was going to eat and then I checked my macros and I had had all the calories that were suggested and when I actually thought about it, I wasn't hungry, I was just going to eat because. It is so important to only eat when hungry. I am going to be more on top of this from now on.
83.8 kg Lost so far: 5 kg.    Still to go: 13.8 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

I was surprised too when I first started tracking macros how fast the caloric value increases! I guess it gets more easier in time. Stay on top,you got this :)

Wow, good for you! Salmon....oh yeah!!! Im glad the macros approach is helpful. I try to take steps to eat more protein & less carbs too xx
