Having the stomach flu for the past week has been horrible. Not being able to eat much of anything so I know this loss is only temporary and due to that.... but still feels amazing to see the numbers going down.
83.0 kg Lost so far: 15.1 kg.    Still to go: 15.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
