no loss this month. this is due to my eating out a more than a few cheeky drinks. ill tell you... i enjoyed every one. and the time i spent with friends i wouldn't take back. even if i have an uncontrollable addiction to chips which seem to always be provided when im visiting. i am pleased there is no gain so i will count my blessings this month and look forward to another months of finding nutritious, delicious food and eating in moderation.
ps am loving yoga atm.
