Trying to go dairy free, gluten free and no added sugar diet. I try to avoid roasted food, barbecue... to avoid ingesting AGEs toxins, so that my skin can look better and fresher. I drink around 2 liters of water a day.
I include exercising to lose fat, be more supple and get healthier (increase blood circulation and get my lymphatic system moving).
My dinner is at the latest at 5pm, then I workout.

I don't know where you live, but I found (here in England) that to be gluten free is much easier than being dairy free. I am still outraged sometimes about the mount of products that contain unneccessary dairy.

I agree, I see lactose in some food that I wouldn't expect like croutons. But I do like cheese a lot and very hard sometimes to turn away. I am a pizza, sandwich lover. So I try to stay away from it for now. I've noticed that my skin is clearer since I have stopped milk and gluten (it's been a month) and digestion much easier. Consequently more energy, and gaining lightness as pounds are coming off. 👍

I typically do no wheat products or other grains, and only use grassfed butter as my dairy. I lost weight and have less inflammation!
