Interestingly, I have gone up in weight in the last couple of months due to neck injury. But I kept logging my diet to keep me honest and aware to what I was doing. without regular workouts, I am still able to keep my shape, although not as good as last year, but retain muscle mass and waste circumference.

I learnt alot from this journey. Life is not about being perfect, it is to be enjoyed. Seeking perfection can lead to pushing oneself way too much that the body can give up and reflect its disappaproval by introducing pain. So the main goal is health and not the perfect body. Health, Love and Sharing Love is what it is all about.

I'm going to continue eating healthy and continue to work out with care. Not going to extreme.
