Thank you both for the comments :) Yes the runs must be helping. With the new weigh in, I'm a bit puzzled. I've been using analog scales for my weigh ins. The reading seemed unchanged,so today decided to buy a digital scale and the reading showed less? I'll be testing both over time for a more accurate reading...

I find digital scales much better. I would like to say because of the pin point accuracy but really it's because of my dodgy eyesight trying to see what line the pointer is at with the analog haha. Fabulous loss tho - go you :-)

Stuttered to a halt right now but increasing exercise this week to see if I can find a way out of this divot I've found myself for the last few weeks :-) Onwards and upwards hey :-)

Yeah I reached a plateau as well so started to up the exercise to see if it'll make a difference. Onwards and upwards yes yes :)
