Starting over today, new goal of a wedding dress and haven't been properly trying again til now. All advice welcome!

Try to record ALL your foods AND exercise with Fatsecret. When you record every day, you can see little changes and what might be working or not working. My feeling is don't skimp on protein and try to limit carbs. Drink lots of water and fibre. Don't worry too much about monthly, hormonal increases. That happens! 😉
