I had a birthday and celebrated with two loaves of 4 grain bread over a week, because I really wanted some toasted ham cheese and tomato sandwiches. This messed up my water retention and it looks like I put on a couple of hundred grams, but things are getting back to normal now.
My first weight gain since August but still 100% chocolate free :)
