Glad to see some numbers going down gradually. I reckon its the increased water intake that has helped curb the over eating :)

Hope everyone is doing well....
102.1 kg Lost so far: 10.9 kg.    Still to go: 3.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Great work :-) If I feel hungry at weird times - ie, not long after I have eaten, I usually have a cordial or herbal tea and then after about 20 mins if I still feel hungry, I eat. Probably 7 times out of 10, I wasn't hungry I was thirsty :-)

Thanks :-) Have reached my size target so not overly concerned about the numbers now but still going to try to reach it in the next few weeks. Have been here before by cutting down on food, have been here before by doing loads of exercise. Trying to find a balance this time. Fit is the new thin and strong is the new fit hey :-) x

Body combat is great. I modify a few moves as my knees aren't great. Overall great workout. Fantastic stress, anger, frustration release and I don't hurt anyone
