Have started taking a big, healthy, non-sandwich lunch to work. Healthy dinners too. Need to drink more water though.
84.1 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 9.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

What is you "healthy non-sandwich lunch" that you are taking! i SO want to stop taking my peanut butter and jelly sandwich, but i dont know what else to bring thats cheap, healthy, fast and eays! :( -Theresa
