slowly, slowly getting there... happy to take it slow though as I am at a healthy weight now and doing lots of exercise which is great. I look good but most importantly I feel good! Now I just want to push down a bit under that 65 kg threshold so I have a buffer zone :P
64.5 kg Lost so far: 4.9 kg.    Still to go: 2.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
