Not the direction i want to be going but at least I'm back on track with making it to the gym every weekday for the last 2 weeks.
101.4 kg Lost so far: 12.4 kg.    Still to go: 10.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 0.3 kg a Week
