The scale is definitely becoming my worst enemy. At some point it'll start going the other direction. Did 2 days of yoga this week, lifting has begun to make all my muscles tight. It has made a difference in a short amount of time. Have a great Friday and weekend everyone.
101.9 kg Lost so far: 12.0 kg.    Still to go: 11.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
