No tips, just doing my take on the hflc rules.....but oh so much cream. I've never eaten so much dairy or eggs

D1817, it works doesn't it! 💃I know how you feel about all the dairy and eggs. The biggest thing for me too get used to was the bacon. I don't like it but what ever it takes, bacon seems to work for me so I eat it! 😄 Well Done!! 💓💓💓

I'm on the same diet lchf and it's working so far for me - I bit slower than I had hoped but as long as the scales keep going down it's good. Been on it 6 weeks and lost 6 kgs so far. Looks like you're doing really well too!

consistency is king. This is not a fad. Once you get to where you want to be that will be life as we know it. Keep positive and keep up the good work. It will be worth it.
