So 14days in and I've done a natural fast which was not expected or really a challenge as I wasn't hungry. However the scales haven't moved as much but I think I'm seeing and feeling a difference physically......still got a while to go to see if this woe hflc is going to work for me long term
102.6 kg Lost so far: 3.2 kg.    Still to go: 31.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Yes...I am curious if its long term ... I was planning on easter treats but now its kinda like why bother....Im eating delish food. I feel naughty every day...hahaha 😆
