Highly stressful week - ate like crap but the stress must've balanced it out. Feeling a bit gross though... I'm planning to make a bunch of roast veggies for dinner tonight and am looking forward to it SOOOOOO much! My body is craving good food.
66.1 kg Lost so far: 0.6 kg.    Still to go: 4.1 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
