So Iits been a week since I recorded my weight. In that week I did a natural 24hr fast, enjoyed a 24hr period of relaxing my choices, a big day of exercise and the scales went up! I've chosen to only record when the number decreases to keep my mindset positive and to keep focused even though I know it would have been easy to emotionally eat when I seemed to stall. Additionally one thing that has kept me on track that I can see a difference in the shape of my legs
99.5 kg Lost so far: 6.3 kg.    Still to go: 28.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

weight fluctuation is normal can depend on a number of factors, dont beat yourself up about it, if you put in the effort you get the results! it does take time
