This week was a tougher week than my first week of my lifestyle change because it's currently winter in Australia and I have had a cold since last Friday. I've still stuck to my new eating habits but wasn't well enough to work out . Still happy with the weight loss .
115 kg Lost so far: 6.3 kg.    Still to go: 45 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
