First I had my weekly weigh in on a Friday then I changed it to Mondays . Mondays didn't quite work out for me as well as I thought . So back to Fridays . Only 2.3 kilos to go until I'm under 100kg . Let's try and do that by the beginning of October !

I eat grilled fish 6 days out of the 7 every week with veggies and a cup of brown rice . Fish really helps you with weighloss I've found personally and read . Fish like salmon , trout , barramundi and so forth . Good luck in your journey Klmath

Day three having a shake one meal the rest is Normal cut Down considerably hoping for ten kilos initially long term another ten 2018
