??? lol 🤔 Increased caloric intake to around the 3,000 mark for the last 3 weeks... Slowly gaining 🙂 My goal is to go up to around 88 to 90kg then do a cut... Having fun 😁 experimenting and exploring options... Harder to build muscle at my age but definately not impossible lol...
82.1 kg Lost so far: 7.9 kg.    Still to go: 4.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
