01/05/12 - 99kg,cardio does definitely work. The big efforts on the bike seem to work as good as the circuits. Diet is good during the week, slight blow outs on the weekend.
99 kg Lost so far: 3.5 kg.    Still to go: 14 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
