Low cal day yesterday lol... Having a week off gym to give this old bod a break and let it heal a little... It's actually hard to take a break from working out once the habit is established 😲 can't wait to get back into it already... and it's only been one day hehehe 🤔 ah well, still plenty to do around the house and a couple of nice leisurely bike rides during the week 😁...
79.9 kg Lost so far: 10.1 kg.    Still to go: 1.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
