I'm wondering if I should trust the scale, lol
103.7 kg Lost so far: 10.2 kg.    Still to go: 13.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

It's a tool, you decide if it's working and whether or not to use it. It might not be the best tool for your needs.
