I have been off the rails for the last 6 months, eating rubbish and no gym. Had hurtled my way back up to 142.5 Kg by the beginning of December. Pretty well back on track with keto diet (not enough greens though)and I F since then. Mostly 20/4 but not true water fast for the 20hr (cream & butter in my morning coffee but still seems to be working OK). Lately been losing about 2Kg/week when I can manage to string enough weeks together without a carb binge. It takes me a full week to get back to where I was before a carb blowout. I know Keto is not for everyone but sure is for me. I swear I put on a kilo every time I drive past a pizza or pasta joint. Anyway, I'm back on the horse now.
130.6 kg Lost so far: 31.4 kg.    Still to go: 20.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 0.3 kg a Week

Go for it! I’ve just discovered Coco Earth, which is a MCT oil that you can get at Woolworths and Coles I got mine from Woolworths for $13 for 500ml it contains the ideal balance of C8, C10, and C12 triglycerides I started with 5 mls in each of my coffees Also try to get hold of some L-Carntine, it is an amino acid that helps your muscles turn fat cells into fuel ⛽️ I get mine in my BCAAs, called xtend ripped by Scivation, this also contains the all important electrolytes
