Stress, ,irregular eating with family emergencies, increased hunger due to steroids. Carbs inching closer to 100 Gm than 50 Gm /
day goal. still within 50-
100. But able to keep Fat around 50%. On the plus side starting to feel better, breathing better - asthma easing up. Definitely shows how cortisol mimics insulin and stores carbs as fat - quickly.
99.2 kg Lost so far: 9.6 kg.    Still to go: 13.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
