for atkins phase 1 I substituted sugar free chocolate chips. brings the net carbs down to about 2NC per serving. very soft and runny...had to slide off cookie sheet and let cool to harden up a little.

I made these but with no chocolate...I cant afford those unhealthy carbs at this stage but they were still satisfying! The batter is very thin though so add a pinch of baking powder and maybe use a muffin tray instead!

Well i dont think i'll use that recipe again. The flavor wasnt bad it could easily satisfy my sweet tooth. The problem is they aren't cookies. They are so runny all the spoonfuls ran together and I had to peel them off bit by bit and there wasnt enough for 1 regular cookie.

Very runny. Too runny actually. I wasn't able to make cookies, so I had to put the batter into a small cake pan. The taste was ok... it kind of tasted like a chocolate chip omelette.

Cookies tasted good! I used Carob chips and Carob powder instead of chocolate. I did notice they were a bit runny and didn't form cookies well. Next time I think I will try putting them in baking cups.

Still high in sugar for Gastric Bypass. How many cooking is in 1 serving. It would be a nice alternative when you just need some sweets. There are also some ways you can better the recipe. Use SF or NSA semi sweet chips, and SF or NSA cocoa.

I tried these without the nuts and I think the nuts are needed in this recipe to keep them from tasting so "eggy." Overall a great chocolate fix!

These are fantastic! I made them without nuts to lower the carb amount. They are a great substitute for the real thing!
