This recipe is a great way to eat healthy, while still being a little devilish.
Ingredients
Directions
- Peel the bananas and cut into small slices (average of 20 slices per banana).
- Stir contents of plain yogurt, and spread on a plate. You will not need to use all the yogurt.
- Pour the granola onto a plate. You may need to add more if desired.
- Dip the bananas into the yogurt, then into the granola pieces.
- Put bananas (now covered with the yogurt and granola) into a freezer safe container.
- Freeze for 12 hours, and enjoy.
- Note: since you don't use all the yogurt/granola, this recipe makes a great low calorie snack.
