Keto Slaw with French Mustard + Dressing

Delicious way to eat greens. Loads of nutrition with loads of flavour.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Chop cabbage, fresh parsley, basil leaves, and greens (any greens will work). Chop fine.
  2. In a small glass bowl add your lime juice (note: it needs to be fresh here, no juice concentrate), extra virgin olive oil, 6mm thick slice of blue cheese and a generous teaspoon of good quality French mustard. Mix thoroughly with a fork until the dressing is creamy and blended.
  3. Toss the sauce into the slaw well, get it right into every section of the leaves.
  4. Serve! Amazing super flavourful way to eat your greens.
