Today I start logging food again to be accountable. Looking to keep carbs to 100g or less per day. Gives me a chance to have the occasional burger or sandwich, which I love or a full milk protein drink etc. But I can't have a second. See how that goes. Also try to get a 1 hr walk in each day again

Well under 100g of carbs today, even had a whole punnet of strawberries at lunch. No snacking after dinner, and also managed an hour walk as well.
