Yea i used this low calorie one from Aldi today. It was just kind of weird having an 1100 cal lunch.

@stevesmith18 I feel you. i binged on a maccas meal my wife bought home.. 1200 cals later ... Shit !

Better to have proper lunch with protein and complex carbs which will provide you energy for a long time and you won’t feel hungry. Fruits are full of sugar and in large quantities spike your insulin level so your body goes into “fat storing mode”. About 150g of fruits in the morning should be enough to provide necessary vitamins and health benefits
