I’ve seen some really good results in the last month from my steady discipline of diet and exercise.

I’ve lost about 5 kg in a month.

The last week I have started to lose my way diet wise , which has stalled results and the momentum I had.

No magic cure I need to persist and every day is a new day!

Sending this out to remind myself and others keep going you’re doing well!
