What do people think about having coffee during the day as part of your diet? It has low calories without milk and can help with energy, but any negative side effects?

I have no problem with coffee. I don't touch it after 14.00 so I sleep well

yep i have it every Day here is what Google says about it! Coffee is a rich source of disease-fighting antioxidants. And studies have shown that it may reduce cavities, boost athletic performance, improve moods, and stop headaches -- not to mention reduce the risk of type 2 diabetes, colon cancer, liver cancer, gall stones, cirrhosis of the liver, and Parkinson's diseases.

Thanks guys good idea. I usually have 2 or three a day, I have changed to long black from flat white to control the amount of fat etc. Lots of good qualities, was interested to find out experiences with it while dieting and losing weight.

Honestly I live off it, plus it can make you feel full faster when eating which helps to have smaller meals

I have been having sometimes 6 coffees with cream per day! I hardly drink water anymore so figure I am still getting enough fluids.

I have a long black with Milk on the side couple times a wk / only Calories are in my teaspoon of sugar / All good

i have two cups a day, no milk i use whitener and a dash of honey to sweeten coffee is a diuretic so its not all that bad :)
