Wish i could beat this addiction to sugar. Exercise has been ok at least, wrist is coming good.

I find if I don’t have enough fat I crave sugar. Not sure if this helps??

Staahill you maybe onto something, Steve you will be alright, I completely fell of the wagon over the last 2 weeks but starting back today.
