Had a Saba body scan today and they reported I had 8% body fat.

I’m not sure about that number that’s v low and I don’t (yet) have a six pack.

When I use the tape measure using neck and waist I calculate about 15% and my scales with leg bfp says 17%.

Not sure what is right lol

Cool as, their machines are great. Hands down the most accurate measurements mate. Don't sweat the abs, I was 6% and still didn't have visible abs☹️ next cut I hope they will look better

I'll let you know when I get some hahahaha I do have 101 an exercises up my sleeve most require a 9kg or heavier basketball sized ball
