I can't understand it at all. The scales are saying that the weight is coming off, but my clothes are just as tight. Is it just fluid? That's my guess. Not low-carb enough?

hey, be patient the body has to heal, make sure youre drinking heaps of water, upping your magnesium and salt. Potato should be a very rare accompaniment to your meals. Gradually go lower carbs but keep your good fats high.
